Ceiling-Martel Hall

Venue & Travel

The 2021 NBER-NSF Time Series Conference will be in Duncan Hall’s McMurtry Auditorium, a prime spot on the Rice University campus and home to computational engineering and data science.

Due to the ongoing pandemic and COVID-19 delta variant that has caused a surge in the number of positive cases and is significantly impacting hospital systems in Houston and across the nation, this year’s conference is now a virtual event.

All lectures and poster sessions will be transmitted live through a Zoom webinar from the auditorium. If any out-of-town participants still wish to attend the virtual event in Rice’s McMurtry Auditorium, courtesy blocks of rooms at event rates are available until mid-September.
